Beginning in January 2015 Civitan International will begin the process of changing to a new software system to administer all of our organizations functions.

As part of this change, the Civitan Supply House will no longer to be able to bill clubs or districts for supply house items.  All orders will need to be made with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard,  American Express, and Discover/Novus), or by a ACH direct debit transfer from the club’s bank account. The new software will not allow billing of Supply House items to clubs or districts.

The online Supply House site is being rebuilt from the ground up. It will have many new features not currently available. You will be able to know your total cost including shipping and engraving charges, etc. at the time of checkout. Each member or club will be able to create an account within the shopping card program and have access to all current and previous orders. You will be able to print your own receipts and have many other features not available with the old system. This will also save Civitan International time and money by not having to print and mail multiple copies of invoices to members and clubs.
