Individuals may order by using either Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
card, or may bill to their club or district.

Prices shown in this catalog, although firm at the time of printing, are
subject to change without notice. Your Civitan Supply Department staff
takes great pride in offering a distinctive line of quality items for sale to all
Civitans. You may place an order through your club or district account.
Individuals may order by using their MASTERCARD, VISA or DISCOVER card for purchases.

Any net earning realized from the sale of catalog items is used to help pay
for many Civitan programs and the production of new training and
management publications.

· Orders are shipped by parcel postor UPS. Rush orders are sent at your
request, by other carriers, and your club is billed for rush charges. Shipping
charges are added to all orders.

· There are several ways to get your order to Civitan. You should use an
official order form because it provides all the information needed to process your order.

· You can mail your order directly to us. The correct address is:

· If, due to unusual demand, our inventory of an item is depleted and the
item is backordered, allow six to eight weeks for delivery. Personalizations and engraving of items requires additional delivery time.

· Civitan International will not be responsible for errors on size,
personalization or other specifications when you order by telephone.

· If you need to return merchandise for exchange or credit, pack it carefully
to protect it from damage. Credit cannot be issued if merchandise is damaged in return. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within five days of
