Hotel rooms, cabins, campsites, etc are available on first come basis. Make your reservations early! Cost of lodging will depend on your choice: Regular Room – 2 Queen beds - $ 89.00 per night King Room – 1 King bed - $ 96.00 per night Cabin – two bedroom - $ 110.00 per night Add 10% tax plus $3.00 per room per day city service tax. Limit 1-2 persons per room. Children under 12 in rooms are no extra charge; extra adults are $10 each in a room. Preparation Notes:
☼ Each club is asked to sponsor at least one item for the Silent Auction to benefit the Civitan International Research Center. ☼ Individuals are asked to bring one or more door prizes valued at a minimum of $10 and goodies to share in the hospitality. (Chips, dips, cookies and other good snacks would be appreciated) Sodas will be provided. (BYOB) ☼ Meeting agenda will begin with fellowship, dinner (possibly cook-out type) at approx. 7:00 p.m. on Friday (8/13.) Other program activities will follow. Registration/check-in will begin at 3:00 p.m. and be available thru the dinner hour. ☼ Be sure to make room reservations early if you need special accommodations or have special requests.
