the Civitan Heartland District website. The Heartland District comprises
approximately 1500 members in local Civitan Clubs throughout Arkansas,
Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. We hope this site will provide
useful and interesting information for our members and those new
to Civitan. Links in the gold bar above can take you to pages full
