2012 Junior Civitan Sno-Do In January2012, Heartland Junior Civitan Governor Stacy Phillip had an arctic blast snowmobiling at the annual Junior Civitan Sno-Do. Each winter, Junior Civitans from all over gather in Barrie, Ontario at this exciting event to meet, play and raise money for the Civitan International Foundation.
